We will create everything your business needs to begin the bookkeeping process. Quickbooks is our go to system. We will get that up and running for you, either housed with us, or through the online version so you can be hands on.
Accounts Payable
We will maintain vendor accounts including entering & processing check runs. Monthly reconciling of vendor statements. Staying on top of due dates is a high priority to avoid unnecessary late fees. Year end 1099’s.
Accounts Receivable
Maintain Customer Accounts, create/enter invoices & post payments. Process monthly statements, as well as analyze receivable aging report.
Payroll
Set up and maintain employee records and files. Preparation of payroll, on time, every time. Pay payroll taxes and process quarterly & annual employee tax forms including 941’s and W2’s. Manage payments and reporting of Workers Compensation Insurance.
Reconciliations
Reconciliations are an integral part of bookkeeping. It determines what checks have cleared and ensures deposits have been made. It also makes certain all of your expenses are allocated to the proper account so you will have accurate financials at the end of each period.
Cash Flow Management
The best way to avoid a cash flow crisis is to allow us to develop a cash flow projection for you. We can help you create and maintain a weekly and/or monthly cash flow to help you know when, where, and how your ash needs will occur so you are prepared. This is a vital component to a successful business!
Job Costing
Do you need to track how much you are spending on each job/locations? We can monitor that for you so you can keep an eye on job/location profitability.
Reports
We will send you weekly & monthly reports, including a Profit & Loss & Balance Sheets. Custom design reports that suite you needs. And most importantly, assist you in analyzing you reports to help you better manage your expenses.
Audits
Prepare reports and meet with auditors when the need arises. Audits for Sales Tax, Insurance, Workers Compensation, etc, come up and we will set up appointments, meet with auditors and provide them with the information that they need to complete the audit.
